Welcome to Empire State Property Management — where the buildings are solid, the service is reliable, and the CEO is one mild inconvenience away from a full-blown panic spiral.

Founded by three brothers from Long Island (because one wasn’t anxious enough), Empire State is proudly family-run and fueled by an obsessive commitment to doing things the right way — even if that means 37 emails about hallway lighting.

Our CEO, the eldest and most tightly wound of the trio, believes no boiler, budget, or bird nest in a soffit should ever go unchecked. And trust us — they don’t.

At Empire State, we bring a high-rise level of service to every property, from walk-ups to towers. Whether you're dealing with maintenance, compliance, or tenants who think rent is “more of a suggestion,” we handle it with the kind of neurotic precision only a Long Island-raised family could deliver.

And while our CEO can’t beat anyone at Super Smash Bros. (he still plays as Kirby and just floats in the corner), he does bring that same energy to property management — wildly flailing, mildly panicked, but somehow getting the job done.

He’s also a lifelong Knicks fan, which means he’s familiar with heartbreak, unreasonable optimism, and managing disappointment — all valuable skills in this business.

We may not actually run the Empire State Building (yet), but we do bring that same iconic energy to everything we manage: bold, reliable, and just a little over-the-top.

Founded by Matthew Maggipinto, a seasoned real estate and construction professional, our company was built on years of hands-on experience—ranging from student housing rentals to managing large-scale renovations for hotels like Moxy Chelsea. Matthew’s leadership emphasizes transparency, proactive communication, and efficient operations.

We see property management as more than maintenance—it’s strategic consulting. We partner with building boards to navigate compliance, reduce risk, and plan capital improvements, all while fostering trust and accountability. Our lean, tech-enabled team structure ensures responsiveness and operational clarity.
