1. How much does it cost?
EmpireState is currently free. ES is in beta phase, meaning we're still developing and testing before we release it offically, but you're still more than welcome to sign up and use it.
2. What is EmpireState?
EmpireState is a collaborative project tracking system designed to help individuals and groups get things done. With EmpireState you can:
- Create a list of tasks to be done, and organize them in nested, hierarchical structures
- Invite friends and colleagues to login and work on projects with you
- Keep track of how much time you, and they, spend on things
- Upload files to a secure server, organize them into folders, and share them with colleagues
- Assign tasks to your colleagues or employees and track their progress
- Set up milestones, meetings and calls, and link tasks to them
- Discuss issues and ideas for your project on the Project Blog, and organize blog postings into categories
- Set up email notifications to remind your people about upcoming dates and deadlines
- Keep a directory of your clients for handy reference
- Get projects done!
3. Who should use it?
Anyone running or involved in a project will find EmpireState useful. We designed it for collaboration between people working remotely from each other, so it's particularly useful for sharing information. If you work alone, whether running a home business or just a personal interest project, you can use EmpireState to track the different aspects of your work's development.
